Professional consulting is intended to provide information, find solutions, and resolve uncertainties in the fields of cosmetic product development, registration, and analytical evaluation.

A prior appointment is required for professional consulting.
We respond to urgent consultation requests as quickly as possible.
A minimum of 1 hour is charged for each consultation, according to the official price list.
Consultations outside regular working hours on weekdays (after 5:00 PM) are subject to a 50% surcharge.
Consultations after 8:00 PM on weekdays, as well as on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, or urgent consultations, are subject to a 100% surcharge.
Monthly professional consulting package

- The package includes 5 hours of consulting per month.
- Additional consulting hours are charged separately.
- In the case of on-site consultations at another location, travel expenses are charged additionally.
- The package is valid for a 12-month period.
- Unused hours do not carry over to the following month.
