I am Rebeka Prislan – a wife, mother, friend, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, researcher, entrepreneur, and founder of the Alefi brand.
My mission is to unite science, nature, and energy to support people who seek inner balance, radiant and healthy skin, and a fulfilled life.

My passion for chemistry led me through a PhD in analytical chemistry and then into a 17-year career in a pharmaceutical company, where I focused on the development and research of medicines.
I still remember the day I was in a drugstore buying an ointment for my child and checking the ingredients. Something shifted within me. I didn't want to apply a product containing petroleum derivatives to my child's skin.
This moment introduced me to the world of studying natural cosmetic raw materials, learning methods for formulating cosmetic products, and diving into cosmetic regulations.
The richness and depth of cosmetology captivated me and opened a new path.
My first cosmetic products were crafted for family use but soon found a wider application.
Understanding skin composition, the penetration of active ingredients, and selecting the right ingredients for different skin types awakened my passion for developing new, high-quality, and safe cosmetic products.

In 2016, I began writing my own cosmetic story.
The idea of first helping my loved ones grew into the creation of my own cosmetic line Alefi, with a strong focus on natural products.
With additional expertise and experience in cosmetic product development, and by continuously following innovations and legislative updates, I took a new step forward.
I decided to help companies develop and register cosmetic products.
Their ideas and visions — aiming to help people care for their skin — inspired me deeply.
I realized that through this work, I could help even more people.
I dedicated myself to the development of natural cosmetic products for companies.

Every cosmetic product I develop is the result of deep expertise, many years of experience, continuous education, and a commitment to keeping up with the latest regulations and market trends.
I work closely with experts in chemistry, pharmacy, and cosmetology to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Alongside expertise, my work is guided by unwavering love, dedication, and compassion, as I create cosmetics with the well-being of people, skin, and nature in mind.

In developing natural cosmetic products, I focus on quality and safety.
I thoughtfully select high-quality, unrefined, cold-pressed plant oils and butters, and use essential oils in minimal quantities to reduce the risk of allergic reactions.
I strive to ensure that products are free from silicones, parabens, artificial fragrances, and colorants.
Through a comprehensive approach — from the idea, development, and registration of a cosmetic product to the analytical evaluation of the final batch — I ensure that each product has the necessary cosmetic documentation for registration and sale.
My goal is to provide the skin with adequate moisture, strengthen the skin barrier, and enrich the lipid layer with natural cosmetic products.

I am deeply grateful to have helped many companies develop beautiful natural formulations, forming part of a mindful and conscious approach to skincare and the use of natural ingredients.

The Alefi brand is based on three pillars: development of natural cosmetics, energetic body diagnostics and Alefi supportive therapy.

Each pillar, individually or combined, guides individuals toward well-being, a nurtured body, flowing energy, and a strong inner light.
